1 General Terms & Basis of Agreement

4 Betting Rules & Results Settlement

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

4.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, h31 com follows the policy outlined below:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• A result is considered valid if at least 90% of the scheduled match time has been completed after kick-off.
• For live betting, any bets already settled at the time of an event cancellation will remain valid.

4.3 Odds Changes

H31 com reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, winnings will be calculated based on the odds at the time of confirmation.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement must be met — typically 10–20x the bonus amount.

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee profits by placing opposing bets across multiple platforms.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the h31 com platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing false chargeback claims on completed transactions.
